OTTAWA-a new attack Friday launched the United States in the war on drugs, cannabis and Ecstasy Canada targeting traffic flow on the northern border.
President Barack Obama’s Drug Czar in the Office of National Drug Control Policy released an 80-page paper outlining the northern border Counternarcotics strategy, which calls for more and more intelligent Policing effort on both sides of the border.
Canada high potentials produced peg marijuana and ecstasy are often cut with pure chemicals and potentially lethal as “Canada’s most important drug threat to the United States.”
Canada, it says, is the primary source of Ecstasy in North America, and the United States is the main source of South American cocaine into Canada.
Methamphetamine (meth) heroin “pose a threat which is much lower for every country,” according to the report and is bounded to the North and South of the seizures, but the paper said the effort required to stem the flow of “BC bud” and ecstasy to the South, and the flow of Cocaine.
